Mental health and self-confidence

Instead of just offering to teach face exercises,  ALL Fit Face sessions begin with paying attention to the client’s mental health- ensuring they start their session with a more positive approach to themselves.

Our Story

The FaceFit Method was created by Isidora after overcoming her own mental health struggles and a serious facial bone infection in 2014. Discovering the healing potential of face yoga for herself, she made it her mission to spread its benefits. With years of dedication to studying facial muscles and anatomy, Isidora found it surprising that facial muscles are often overlooked compared to those in the rest of the body. She realized that our facial expressions not only influence others’ perceptions of us but also impact our self-image.
